Technology Is Set for a Rebound, According to Ives Indications

Ives stated, "The technology sector evolves following the outcomes from META and MSFT." He further noted that companies are aggressively pursuing technological advancements, with major cloud providers even stepping up their efforts in certain areas.

"Major technology companies are driving" the AI revolution, and "these big tech firms are truly supporting it," he stated.

Ives' Observations on MSFT's Azure and AMZN's AWS

Q1 revenue growth for Azure, which is part of Microsoft’s (MSFT) cloud infrastructure division, exceeded what analysts had anticipated on average, as pointed out by Ives. According to him, many people believed that this particular segment's revenue increase was likely to fall short of the typical forecast.

In the wake of Azure's beat, Ives thinks that AWS, Amazon (AMZN)'s cloud-infrastructure unit, will deliver "strong" numbers.
